PRG Property Investments provide a Cash Flow Property Feasibility for each of its Property Developments.

The Feasibility Report outlines your position with your proposed purchase and includes such items as:

  • Purchase Price
  • Breakup of Land & Building Costs
  • Estimated Rental Income
  • Estimated Expenses (including Rates & Taxes & Property Management Fees)
  • Depreciation Claims
  • Net Cost based on current tax rates

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

The management of PRG’s Investment properties is arranged by PRG Property Investments. PRG appoints professional property management companies to manage the properties for the clients.

In excess of 4,000 rental properties are currently managed on behalf of property investors.

The services offered by various property management companies are as follows:

  • Selection of suitable tenants
  • Full tenant credential checks
  • Initial PCR Inventory inspection
  • Collection of security bond from tenants
  • Quarterly routine inspection reports
  • Handover inspections of new properties
  • Payment of accounts eg, Council & water rates
  • Preparation of monthly statements

TOWNHOUSES & VILLAS

PRG has a large range of Townhouses & Villas which are suitable for Self Managed Super Funds.

Most of these properties only require a small deposit of $5,000 to acquire them and you pay the balance on completion.
